All products and services offered by J.Roberts Enterprises conform to the terms regulated under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturer Warranties are conditional to the specific terms outlined by the Manufacturer either on the Manufacturer’s website or in the manufacturers service/user manuals. Including required maintenance intervals specified by Manufacturer or distributor authorised service technicians, and materials or products used to maintain the product. These terms do not overrule the terms regulated under the Australian Consumer Law.

All product warranty is applicable in accordance to the use and maintenance specified under the Australian Dental Association Guidelines. Warranty may be void if these guidelines are not adhered to.
